Booking Information;
Cocktail selections must be submitted at least 3 days prior to your reservation. If we do not receive your choices in time, our mixologist will select the best options for your group.
Groups of 8 or more will have a private masterclass. Smaller groups may be combined with another party.
While no deposit is required, we kindly ask for card authentication of £10 per person in accordance with our 72-hour cancellation policy. If cancelled within 72 hours of the booking, this amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Our cocktail masterclass enables guests to make two of the below list of Shanghai’s signature cocktails, with a variation of five spirit bases, inclusive of gin, vodka, whisky, bourbon, and rum, so there’s a tipple for everyone’s palate.
Groups must select two of the below cocktails for the entire group to shake, make and sip together.
